Case in point, a conversation I overheard last night just before Sachiko’s bedtime.

“I can haz bafebalz now?”

“Not yet, kid. Not until tomorrow night.”

“Tomorrow?! But I want it NAAAAAAAOH!”

“Not gonna happen. Go to bed.”

“Big brudda Nookles, you tell da hoomin to turn on da teebee?”

“He will, kid. He will. I’ll make sure of that.”
